Packed strangely simple-socks are more unpacked. But still works without damage
goods came fast but in unprotectful packaging and a bit visually damaged, therefore I can't put positive or negative feedback until dispute is still in progress
I will notice that it is not possible to extend your MacBook display by two screens but only duplicate the screens.
The cable is a little bit short it would be nice when a new design gets a loose cable with different lengths.
My MacBook Pro will lose connection every 15 minutes, so that is very disappointing.
The design of the hub is very stylish.
With a long journey to Europe, the aluminium external box has 2 minor defects (scratches), certainly occurred in transport. Its a pity in an all new equipment.
The package must be improved. At less, put the hub inside a cheap box.
My first experience with a huawei matebook x pro:
1 - At start up, all works fine, gigabit ethernet, the 3x usb3.0, the extendend monitor feature (laptop écran+ hdmi external monitor);
2 - Second Step: when we close the laptop monitor, every thing goes off/sleep, as it should be;
3 - Third Step: when you go to restart again (up the laptop écran and restart windows), there is a bug with the 3 usb3.0 interfaces. They do not work anymore, except if disconnecting the usb-c cable (connected at thunderbolt interface) and reconnet it again.
Hope this issue can be corrected, because is a nice product at at good price.
So, seller must improve the package; manufacturer must correct the software bug.
connected the hub through USB C and powered it by USB C, however the vga or HDMI is not working through device. Would like some tips if I'm doing anything wrong
