The lights are much dimmer than advertised. Overall looks to be of good quality and robust. Ordered 2 sets of 2 and all 4 work like a charm. The insides have a rubber seal for waterproofing. Material quality seems good. Price seems fair for the quality, not flimsy by any means. One negative is the lack of any instructions, but it seems it's 1 push to turn on/ change flare mode, 2 pushes to turn on/off the flashlight and a long push to turn off flare.
